Will there be day tickets available?
You can sign up for the 909 Festival 2026 ticket release here.
How should I use my weekend ticket?
A weekend ticket is valid on both Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, your ticket needs to be scanned at the entrance on both days!
How does the ticket personalization work?
During the ticket purchase process, the ticket owner’s full name, email address and other information needs to be filled in for every individual ticket. Later on, it is possible to change this data with the help of this website.
Can my ticket be scanned from my mobile phone?
The e-ticket can be scanned from your phone, but make sure you download it upfront, have your battery charged and turn your screen brightness fully up at the entrance to ensure a steady flow going in.
Can someone else use my weekend ticket if I can only go one day?
No, a weekend ticket is only valid for one person/visitor.
Can I reenter the event terrain with my ticket?
After leaving the event area, the right of access to the event site expires. Stamps or other methods will not be used to identify previously accessed visitors.
Can I use my Loveland card for this event?
No, Loveland Cards will not be available for purchase this year. You can purchase a regular ticket via the ticketshop.
I lost my ticket confirmation email.
You can resend your booking confirmation email via this website or contact the organization at [email protected]. If purchased via TicketSwap, please log in to your account to re-download it.
Until what time can I enter the festival with an Appic ticket?
Visitors with an Appic ticket will be granted access to the event until 5:00 PM. After 5:00 PM, entry may be denied.
Lockers
How can I buy a locker ticket?
You can sign up for the 2026 ticket release here. Lockers are also available on-site, though the organization recommends not bringing valuables.
What are the locker dimensions?
Small: 24cm (W) x 28cm (H) x 50cm (D).
Large: 35cm (W) x 28cm (H) x 50cm (D).
How do e-lockers work?
There is no deposit or key. You will receive a locker number and pin code via email (no later than the morning of the event). Enter the pin at your locker to open/close it.
I have a weekend locker ticket; do I keep the same locker both days?
Yes, your locker number and pin code remain the same for the entire weekend.
House rules
Am I allowed to make photography/video/sound recordings?
Professional equipment (interchangeable lenses) and drones are prohibited without prior press agreement. Mobile phones and compact digital cameras are allowed.
Is promotional activity allowed?
No flyers, posters, or trading of merchandise is allowed without explicit consent from the organization.
What happens if there is a change in the program?
The program is subject to change. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund; the organization will attempt to find a similar replacement.
What other rules should I keep in mind?
Climbing structures is forbidden. Urinating outside designated facilities is prohibited and will result in removal. Security staff instructions must be followed at all times.
Shuttle bus
How can I buy a shuttle bus ticket?
Tickets will be available during the 2026 ticket release.
Where does the shuttle bus depart from and when?
Buses run between RAI Amsterdam (Europaplein) and the festival.
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 00:30 AM.
- Sunday: 12:00 PM to 00:30 AM.
Is my shuttle bus ticket valid for both to and from the festival?
Yes, they are return tickets for one person. Keep your ticket safe as it is checked again for the return trip.
What are the shuttle bus rules?
Smoking is strictly prohibited. Usage is at your own risk, and instructions from the driver/staff must be followed.
What if the bus is delayed?
The organization and ticket provider are not responsible for financial consequences due to missed public transport connections.
Parking
Where can I get my parking ticket?
Through the official ticket release registration.
Where can I park for 909 Festival 2026?
At RAI Amsterdam in garages P1, P2, P3, or P4 (Europaplein 24, Amsterdam).
How does parking at RAI Amsterdam work?
It is license plate-based. You must register your plate when purchasing the ticket.
Do I need a special ticket for the shuttle bus?
Yes, passengers need a shuttle ticket. However, the shuttle bus is free for the driver when combined with a parking ticket.
What is the maximum height for vehicle parking?
- P1–P3: 1.90 meters.
- P4: 2.70 meters.
At the event
What happens if I violate the event rules?
When rules are not being followed, access to the event will be denied without any refund of the entrance ticket. If access is denied, you will directly be removed from the event area.
Will there be day tickets Is 909 Festival an 18+ event??
Yes. Visitors under 18 are not allowed, even with an adult. Valid ID (Passport, ID card, Driver’s license) is mandatory; copies are not accepted.
What size bag is allowed?
Maximum A4 size (approx. 21 x 29.7 cm).
Which items are prohibited?
Alcohol, drugs (zero-tolerance policy), food, glassware, umbrellas, selfie sticks, and weapons are strictly forbidden.
Which payment method is used?
A token system is used. Tokens can be bought with cash, debit, or credit card.
Can I bring medication?
Yes, if it is on medical grounds, the packaging is sealed, and you have a signed doctor’s statement.
Is smoking allowed?
Yes, but please use designated trash cans or portable ashtrays.
What should I do if I lost something?
Check iLost after the event to see if your item was found.
Is the festival wheelchair accessible?
Yes. There are reserved parking spots, widened gates, and disabled toilets available at each toilet group.
